Ten

Daily exercise/mindfulness leads a balanced body. It brings the body back to center, whether is it stocked with off the wall energy or low fuel. The body doesn't discriminate(but it does differentiate) when it comes to excess/lack of energy; it will set one back to the medium mark after swishing the blood around. What a rad little organism...

  2. Indeed. It was funny, two Mormon guys came to my door last month when I was reading an anatomy book. I was so jazzed that showed them a picture of some muscles and said, amazed, "wow, have you seen this stuff? Isn't the body incredible?"
